Baby Bottle Campaign

Mother's Day, May 10, 2009 thru Father's Day, June 21, 2009

The Baby Bottle Campaign is underway in local churches, businesses and organizations.  Members are invited to take home empty baby bottles and fill them with currency, coins, or a check and then return filled bottles to their church on or before Father’s Day.  When families and individuals fill these bottles they are helping Care Net Pregnancy Center provide hope and support to women and men affected by an unplanned pregnancy.

Care Net's Annual Golf Fundraiser

77 Men and Women Golfed Fore Life at Care Net's 15th Annual Golf Fundraiser!

Over $35,000 has been pledged or donated through Care Net's 15th Annual Golf Fundraiser! Proceeds benefit Care Net’s ministries to provide help, hope and healing to women and men affected by an unplanned pregnancy or sexual health concern.

To make a pledge for one of this year's golfers click here. You will be able to pay online securely via PayPal or you may give your check, written to Care Net Pregnancy Center, to the golfer you wish to pledge. Thank you!

Whole Heart, post-abortion healing ministry, confidential support group

If you or someone you love has had an abortion, you may be experiencing anxiety, sadness, confusion, emptiness, anger or heartache. Whole Heart, a service of Care Net Pregnancy Center, provides post-abortion counseling to help heal the emotional wounds of abortion. Through individual or group consultation, Whole Heart offers free, confidential and non-judgmental help for women, men and family members who are experiencing emotional turmoil following an abortion.

Day and evening groups are available. Please contact us today. There is help, there is hope, there is healing following an abortion.

Events Update

77 Men and Women Golfed for LIfe at Care Net's 15th Annual Golf Fundraiser

“One day. One golf game. Affecting generations to come.”

This has been the mantra for Care Net’s 2009 Golf Fundraiser. And it is so true!

Over $34,500 was raised at this year’s golf outing, which means that Care Net will continue to provide help, hope and healing to those affected by an unplanned pregnancy or sexual health concern. In short, more lives will be saved and changed because of this fundraiser.

Mary*, an abortion vulnerable woman, is one such example. She found Care Net’s ad in the yellow pages, and our ultrasound service caught her eye. Undecided about her pregnancy, she made the choice to set up an appointment to discuss her options and have an ultrasound. That day, after seeing her baby move and hearing her baby’s heartbeat, she decided to choose life for her child.

The funds brought in by this golf fundraiser give more women like Mary* the chance, the opportunity to extend life to their unborn children.

So, thank you to the men and women who golfed and raised pledges! Thank you to the businesses and individuals who graciously donated to this event! Many lives are and will be impacted by your generosity.

Special thanks go to our top fundraisers, Brian Montrey and Jeff Crooks, who each received a free overnight stay at a Wisconsin Dells resort and water park.  Thank you also to the following golfers who all raised over $1000 and received two rounds of golf at Trappers Turn in thanks for their efforts: Larry Brady, Larry DeWerd, Marc Maillefer, George Oehlrein and Bill Paulson.
