Free Movie Matinee

Over 150 people from 35 different churches came to High Point Church to see Care Net’s free showing of the new movie, “Sarah’s Choice” in celebration of Care Net’s 25th Anniversary. Youth groups, couples and families sat together to see what choice Sarah would make about her unplanned pregnancy. It was clear from the overwhelming silence in the room throughout the film that the audience was captivated! After the event one youth pastor said, “Thank you for showing this movie. We've had a couple unplanned pregnancies in our youth group, so this movie really hits close to home.”

We also hosted a food drive for two local pantries at this event, Middleton Outreach Ministry and The River Food Pantry. 80 pounds of food was donated! Thanks to everyone who made this night a success.
