For 25 years, Care Net has been empowering, equipping and encouraging thousands of women and men to make beautiful choices.
 We empower women facing unplanned pregnancies to make the beautiful choice of life by offering real options and support as well as The Elizabeth House residential maternity program.
We equip young men and women to make the beautiful choice of abstinence until marriage by informing teens about healthy relationships.
We encourage those who are experiencing emotional turmoil following an abortion to make the beautiful choice of forgiving themselves and accepting Christ’s forgiveness.
Celebrate with us as we marvel at the lives saved and changed. Partner with us in the year ahead and witness Life…a beautiful choice.
Care Net celebrated 25 years of ministry with an Open House and a Celebration of 25 years program.
During the April 18th program, Liz Osborn, Care Net's Executive Director, remembered Care Net's beginnings. She looked back on the time when a woman facing an unplanned pregnancy didn't have a place to go where she could be listened to, respected, and provided with life affirming options and support--all free of charge. Care Net has now served over 9,000 women with free pregnancy-related medical services and support. This number does not include the number of children, men, and families affected by Care Net.
Liz went on to say "Care Net is grateful to the generosity of the Madison community which has enabled us to provide a safe place for women to turn. For over 25 years, women have witnessed that our standard of care is unparalleled and our love for them is genuine. Because our mortgage debt was recently paid off by a generous member of the community, we are excited to focus even more resources into addressing the needs of our community."
Deanna, one of three former Care Net Clients who shared at the celebration said, "I can honestly say that I do not know where we would be without Care Net. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you did for us and for all the other women in need."
Another former client joined Liz up front with her teen son. With tears in her eyes she said, "Even after all this time, I get emotional. I just don't know where my son and I would be without Care Net...I received two things from Care Net: a son and a faith in God." All three of the women thanked Care Net for getting them to where they are today.
