Steve Bohlman Biography

Steve is the National Sales Manager for Wick Buildings, located in Mazomanie, WI. Steve has been with Wick for 3 years, and leads the sales, marketing, sales support and sales training organizations for Wick Buildings. Steve’s education is in nuclear engineering with additional studies in sales, marketing, finance, executive leadership and Lean Six Sigma. Steve has a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

Prior to joining Wick Buildings, Steve held executive positions in performance improvement, marketing, sales, strategic planning, corporate mergers and engineering. Steve has over 30 years of experience in these areas.

Steve has served with other non-profits in the Midwest, including secular and religious organizations, as both a board member and board chair. Steve serves non-profit organizations in the Dane County area as a coach, musician, strategic planner and general volunteer.

Steve and his wife, Joan, have 3 daughters, all married or soon to be, and 3 grandchildren. Steve and Joan live in Middleton, WI.
