Liz Osborn Biography

Liz has been faithfully serving as Care Net’s Executive Director since 1986. While she is an obvious advocate for the unborn, Liz did not always hold the respect for life that she does today. Before becoming a Christian and serving with Care Net, Liz worked as a nurse at a local abortion clinic. After her husband, Dan, became a Christian and invited her to church, Liz also gave her life to Jesus. As she began walking with the Lord, Liz quit her job as an abortion nurse and began volunteering at Care Net. She is now wholeheartedly committed to equip, empower and support women and men to CHOOSE LIFE for their unborn children and to make wise life choices for themselves and their families.

As Executive Director, Liz has overseen the addition and implementation of many services and programs including Care Net’s licensed medical clinic, Whole Heart post abortion support, LifeWise abstinence and STI education and The Elizabeth House residential maternity program.

In her spare time, Liz enjoys being with her four grandchildren and boating with her family and friends.
