Dan Floeter Biography

Daniel M. Floeter is the Lead Court Commissioner for Dane County Circuit Court. He also serves as a Reserve Municipal Judge for the 5th Judicial District. Commissioner Floeter has been a judicial officer since 1996. He is a past chairman of the State Bar of Wisconsin Bench-Bar Committee and presently serves on the Supreme Court of Wisconsin Municipal Judge Education Committee.

Dan and his wife, Nancy, have been married 33 years and have four children. Dan has previously served on the boards of New Life Christian Center, Lamb of God School, and Rolling Meadows Homes Senior Housing Development. He has also served as an officer in the Oregon Optimists Club and the Cub Scouts. Dan has coached youth baseball and basketball in Oregon and Deerfield. The family presently attends Bethesda Fellowship and sing in the choir.
